Our team delivers a comprehensive range of innovative products and services including Met Mast build, design and installation, Blade Condition Monitoring, Drone Inspection, LiDAR Measurements, Static and Dynamic Blade Pitch Verification, End-of-Warranty & Taking-Over inspections (EOW & TO) and Dissolved Gas Analysis.

We are recruiting Field Service Technicians and Met Mast Builders to join and grow our team.


  • Assessing and preparing equipment in advance of mast builds or onsite inspections

  • Assisting with the preparation of materials and transport for mast builds

  • Build, design and install temporary and permanent met masts

  • Install nacelle and ground based LiDAR systems

  • Install solar measurement equipment

  • Install condition monitoring systems

  • Deliver drone inspections and related blade pitch measurements

  • Be a vital part of the wind farm team and offer installation and troubleshooting solutions to wind farm colleagues

  • Keep site and project related paperwork up to date

  • Maintain Health & Safety, certificates and obligations records

  • Perform other duties as assigned and incidental to the work described above


  • You will be mainly working on sites around Ireland and the UK so you should have a willingness to travel

  • You will have a high level of quality and a strong sense of responsibility to health and safety

  • You will be working at heights and with high voltage electrical equipment so confidence with working up in the sky is essential

  • You have excellent communication skills

  • You will work as part of a team of two or more so being a team player  is important

  • You are flexible and a natural problem solver

  • You will enjoy working outdoors and appreciate an awesome view
