Graduate Planner

Galetech Energy Services is a specialist renewable energy consultancy that provides planning, environmental and advisory support to our clients on a wide range of renewable energy projects throughout Ireland.

We have an excellent opportunity for a Graduate Planner to join our Planning Team in our Cavan office. The position will offer the successful candidate with a unique opportunity to commence their careers in a rapidly growing and dynamic sector, and to work on a wide variety of wind, solar and related infrastructure projects.

Candidates should hold a recognised planning qualification in planning (IPI or RTPI Accredited) and be highly self-motivated and with good communication and report writing skills. A strong interest in the renewable energy sector and knowledge of GIS or other technical design software packages would be an advantage. The successful candidate will work in a busy, but highly supportive, friendly and flexible team environment, and will be offered the opportunity to learn and develop the necessary skills and experience to quickly advance their careers in renewable energy planning. A full driver’s license is a requirement for this role.
