About us
Galetech Sustainable Living (GSL) is a residential property initiative established in 2020 to address the urgent need for homes in Ireland’s northwest region. GSL brings innovation and a fresh perspective to residential development.
Our guiding principle, "Working in Partnership, Building Communities," reflects our commitment to creating not just energy-efficient homes, but inclusive and environmentally sustainable communities.Through our partnership model, we work closely with local authorities, housing bodies, and other key stakeholders to develop spaces where people can live, work, and play.
We have a pipeline of projects at various stages of the development cycle in Cavan and surrounding areas, with further developments progressing in neighbouring counties.
We are actively developing projects in Cavan, Monaghan and Westmeath and are always looking for new opportunities in these areas and surrounding counties.

Choosing sustainable materials. We prioritise timber frame construction and integrate recycled materials wherever possible — helping to reduce embodied carbon and support a circular economy.

Managing sites with care. Our construction sites are proactively managed with best practice health and safety, waste management, and environmental controls in place from the outset.

Taking a holistic approach. We align our developments with leading sustainability frameworks such as the Irish Green Building Council’s Home Performance Index, ensuring quality from design through to delivery.

Protecting and enhancing nature. We integrate biodiversity into our designs and take steps to preserve the local environment, aiming for long-term ecological gain.
