Deliver a reliable, secure, and compact permanent measurement solution that integrates with wind-farm control systems and meets EirGrid’s data interface expectations.
Solution
Two integration options offered and implemented as needed:
ZX300 integrated to existing SCADA via Modbus TCP/IP; or
Stand-alone ZX300 feeding met signals to a GMS-provided PLC, which outputs directly to the EirGrid RTU.
Outcome
Cost-effective, quickly deployed grid-compliant met signals; reduced OPEX versus installing/maintaining permanent free-standing masts.
