Health and Safety

Safety Leadership & Culture

Safety starts with leadership on site and in planning. We set clear expectations, lead by example, and empower every person to speak up and Stop Work if conditions aren’t safe - because safe delivery is everyone’s responsibility.

Planned Works & Risk Controls

We identify hazards early and apply practical controls through task planning, RAMS/JSA, permits and supervision. This structured approach reduces uncertainty, improves coordination, and keeps high-risk activities tightly managed from day one.

Critical Risk Management

We focus strongly on high-consequence risks common to construction and renewables: working at height, lifting operations, plant-people interface, electrical safety and temporary works. Controls, exclusion zones and verification steps are built into the method - not added later.

Training & Competence

Competence protects people. We maintain robust induction, role-specific training and refresher requirements, with competent supervision to match the task and environment. The right people, properly briefed and supported, is a core part of our safety system.

Health, Wellbeing & Fitness for Work

Safety and quality are embedded at every stage. Robust temporary works design, inspection regimes and full QA documentation ensure assets are delivered to specification and ready for long-term use.

Reporting, Learning & Improvement

We encourage hazard and near-miss reporting to drive learning and prevent recurrence. Findings are reviewed, actions tracked, and lessons shared across teams - supporting continual improvement and consistently high standards across every project.
