• Early-stage involvement to streamline development activities and de-risk pre-construction processes.
• Multidisciplinary Owner’s Engineer oversight to ensure design quality, construction readiness, and regulatory compliance.
• Integrated PSDP support improving safety coordination from design through to site execution.
• Close collaboration with ENGIE’s international and Irish teams to ensure consistent standards across all three sites.

Outcome

• All three solar projects progressed through pre-construction with GES support.
• Construction phase on track for completion in early 2026.
