Multiple concurrent risks: ecology (habitat management, bird/bat monitoring), noise, shadow flicker, and planning/forestry licensing exposures—plus potential legal challenges threatening operations.

Solution

Prepared and implemented an Operational Stage Environmental Management Plan (OSEMP).
Led ecology monitoring (habitats, vantage point and fatality surveys), noise and shadow-flicker campaigns.
Managed compliance/enforcement submissions and coordinated planning applications and forestry (turbulence/mitigatory habitat) licences.
