Developed a reporting framework defining boundaries, metrics, data ownership and reporting cycles
Standardised environmental data collection across energy, waste, water and emissions sources
Consolidated social information, including training, wellbeing and safety indicators
Prepared a full externally publishable Sustainability / ESG Report with narrative and data tables
Created internal tools and templates for ongoing annual reporting
