Challenge Auctus required additional warehouse capacity to support continued growth in their animal nutrition and feedstuffs operations in Cavan. Limited existing storage space and increasing operational demands meant that a purpose-built facility was needed to improve workflow, accommodate increased stock volumes, and ensure efficient day-to-day logistics. The new development also needed to integrate with the existing DPD building while maintaining safe vehicle access, clear circulation routes, and compliant pedestrian movement across the site. In addition, the facility had to include staff support areas without compromising the available storage footprint. Solution Galetech Contracts delivered a new purpose-built warehouse facility with a total floor area of 1,095.2 m², including approximately 900.5 m² of open storage space. The layout was carefully designed to maximise operational efficiency while providing dedicated loading areas and supporting infrastructure.
