We provide a broad range of measurement services, including LiDAR measurement campaigns, permanent LiDAR installations, nacelle-mounted LiDAR installations, solar-monitoring systems, met mast installation services, remote power supply rental, and drone inspection services. 

What is LiDAR measurement and when is it used?

LiDAR (Light Detection and Ranging) measurement uses advanced laser-based sensors to assess wind resources and environmental conditions - useful for wind-turbine optimisation, wind-farm assessment, noise monitoring, or crane-lift wind-speed monitoring.

Do you only offer temporary measurement options?

No. We offer both temporary and permanent solutions. You can choose short-term LiDAR rental or long-term permanent LiDAR deployment, depending on your project’s needs. 

What are “nacelle-mounted LiDAR” installations?

Nacelle-mounted LiDAR systems are LiDAR units mounted on the nacelle (top housing) of a turbine - enabling wind measurements directly at turbine height. This can be an efficient alternative to traditional met-mast installations, especially for ongoing or site-specific measurements. 

What do the met-mast installation services include?

We design, build, and install met masts (temporary or permanent) with tip heights up to 100 m. Our met masts are constructed to meet IEC standards, built using hot-dipped galvanised steel with sturdy anchors, and are designed to withstand harsh conditions including ice loading - ensuring robust, reliable measurement campaigns. 

Are measurement campaigns turnkey? What does that mean?

Yes - our services are turnkey: we supply, deploy, commission, and manage measurement equipment; provide remote-power supply when needed; monitor data; and deliver comprehensive, bankable reports. This turnkey approach means clients don’t need to manage multiple vendors for measurement, power, or data collection. 

Can you handle remote or challenging sites?

Yes - we have experience operating in remote and challenging environments. For LiDAR rentals and campaigns, we include high-gain antenna 4G modems (or satellite communication for very remote sites) and remote power supplies (solar, methanol, battery) to ensure 24/7 data access and zero outages.

What kind of reporting do you provide?

We provide financial-grade compliant reports and full installation reports for both LiDAR and met-mast installations. These reports meet requirements for energy assessments and are suitable for investment, development or bankable validation purposes. 

Do you also offer services beyond wind measurement?

Yes. In addition to wind-related LiDAR and met masts, we offer solar monitoring systems - enabling measurement and monitoring for solar energy projects as well.
