- Export Capacity Analysis - 2% Asset Output Gain | Galetech Group
Export capacity optimisation delivering a 2% asset output gain through performance analysis and operational improvements. Export Capacity Analysis - 2% Asset Output Gain Galetech Group delivery partners EnergyPro assumed management of an operational project and found the site was not reaching Maximum Export Capacity (MEC) at the meter. Client N/A Capacity N/A Location N/A Architect N/A Challenge Resolve a meter-gate shortfall masked by healthy turbine SCADA data, and persuade stakeholders to investigate when initial OEM feedback indicated “no issue.” Solution Compared potential vs. actual power: turbine SCADA showed no problem; substation metered data showed the gate shortfall. Procured temporary sub-meters at generators and substation to localise the error. Root cause: incorrect cable screening in a control unit causing inaccurate CT/VT readings. Coordinated rectification while keeping OEM engaged. Outcome Correct installation restored; asset output increased by ~2% Start Your Project with Us Contact Us Awards and Certifications About Us History Mission, Vision & Values Safety Our People FAQs Renewable Support Services Construction Operation & Maintenance Asset Management Inspection & Compliance Construction Construction Services Civils Career Career Opportunities Life at Galetech Express Your Interest
